CHALET LE PERRUS

Le Perrus is a new high standing DecoBois chalet located in Xonrupt-Longemer, 400 m from the lake of Longemer and all its nautical activities. Departures of hikes and inns are waiting for you around the chalet. Gérardmer, a very attractive town all year round, can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car.

The chalet is divided into 3 levels, with a living room on the first floor. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV and its Netflix subscription, and a dining room where you can enjoy a good raclette in front of the pellet stove.

Just above this space with its cathedral ceiling, the mezzanine or rather the play area with a table soccer, books, games and toys, enough to delight young and old.

From the living room, you will go out on the suspended wooden terrace of more than 60m ² of which a part is sheltered. You will enjoy a barbecue and deckchairs to bask on this terrace overlooking the Vosges forests on 2 wings of the chalet.

As for sleeping arrangements, you will have a 1st bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and access to the terrace, a 2nd bedroom with a double bed and a 3rd family room with a double bed and 2 single bunk beds. For your comfort, each room has a tiltable TV and a shower room.

On the garden level, you will enjoy the wellness area with an indoor sauna and a 7-seater spa sheltered on the second terrace (4th shower available).

Please note: the parking lot allows access to the ground floor terrace via a ramp, so people with reduced mobility are welcome at Le Perrus!

You can park in the 4 parking spaces, and store your bikes and skis in the room next to the entrance to the RDJ.

Other information : laundry room with washing machine, 2 toilets : on the ground floor and on the ground floor.

High chair and baby bed available.

Bed linen, towels and dishes provided.
