The museum of salt and Bearn traditions welcomes you in the Darremoundine house. Located in the heart of the old town, you will discover in a fun way the whole history of the city and the salt waters which gave birth to it. On the ground floor, the passage of time, the workshop of the maker, the history of the stakeholders and the animated model. On the first floor, the Salies thermal and its anecdotes in the 19th and early 20th centuries. On the second floor, a room dedicated to geology which explains the why of so much salt in Salies-de-Béarn.
