The limestone plateau of Argentine, listed as a “Natura 2000” site, is part of the Périgord-Limousin Regional Natural Park natural sites network. It holds many treasures: a fauna and a flora of an exceptional variety (European nightjar, Red-backed shrike, Ocellated lizard, wild orchids…), quarries, and a village built on a rock terrace. Guided by the Lark, take the time to discover its treasures along a path marked with explanatory signs. Departure: plateau of Argentine car park (follow the Lark). Length: 6 km. Duration: 2h30. Free discovery booklet available at the Périgord-Limousin Regional Natural Park and at the PÉRIGORD Dronne Belle Tourist Office.
