Chapelle du XXIIè siécle fondée en 1121 selon les voeux du Gaston IV vicomte du Béarn.

Elle fût consacrée la même année par Arnaud d'Araux, évêque d'Oloron : La Chapelle Gaston Phebus de Gabas.

Seul vestige restant du complexe "Hôpital de la Miséricorde" qui était tenu par les chanoines de Saint Augustin, venus de Candanchu, au confluent des chemins de Saint Jacques, traversant les Vallée d'Ossau et Aspe.
