Eroded granite block on the ridge east of the Fâchepremont thatch. Block with a diameter of about 4 metres. Legend has it that bowling players were tempted by the devil at this location. They were punished and died within a year. Since then, they can be heard playing "fire" (lightning) and "granite" (thunder) balls on stormy days. Access by foot only (good walkers and good shoes). Close enough to the Lispach copper mine and the Old Horses Rock. Inaccessible in the presence of snow.
