The mountain of Cucherons located 2km south-east of the village culminates at 803m. Its summit is called "Tumulus" because of its shape as a rocky spur that Abbot Didelot took for a tumulus. From this place, it is possible to admire a magnificent panorama allowing you to discover the valleys of the Moselle and Moselotte rivers. There is also an orientation table as well as a paragliding runway.
Access: Take the direction of the orientation table and climb quietly among the houses and chalets clinging to the hill and then in front of a renovated farmhouse, lost in the middle of the fir trees. Go along a wooden basin, further on leave the big path for a descent towards the Stèle de l'Aviateur, and continue to the viewpoint to enjoy the panorama on the junction of the Moselle and Moselotte valleys with Remiremont in the background. It is possible in good weather to see the crests of the Vosges
