Church of Saint Martin
Remarkable church, built by the Templars in the 12th century. It dominates the Madon valley a few kilometres from Mirecourt. A historic monument since 1908, the church building has been a concern of the local, departmental and regional administrative authorities. Early Romanesque tympanum. Wrought iron altar attributed to Jean Lamour of Nancy. Beautiful statues, including those of a virgin wiggling from the 16th century and a Saint Sebastian from the 15th century. Above the entrance of the church, St-Martin, patron saint of the parish, mid 15th century. One of the 4 most beautiful Romanesque churches in Lorraine. Only the exterior can be visited, except during certain events
