In the so-called "English style", the Parc de l'Hôtel de Ville offers a 2 hectare area for country walks in the heart of the city.
This park was created in 1805 to decorate the residence of Marshal Oudinot, now the Hôtel de Ville. It has not undergone any major transformations, and has retained several original features, including a circular belvedere on the hillside.
Numerous flowerbeds decorate it and give it a very colorful atmosphere where it is good to walk in the shade of magnificent trees which date, for some, from the creation of the park.
