The Villa Pasques is where German plenipotentiaries made contact with the Allies to negotiate the 1918 armistice. Since 1992, the Villa Pasques has been the headquarters of the Communauté de communes de la Thiérache du Centre. In 2008, the first floor was converted into an interpretation center for the ceasefire of November 7, 1918. It also retraces the stages of Franco-German reconciliation.
