Eglise Saint-Etienne

Dedicated to Saint Etienne, the church was built in 1830. It replaced a 12th-century building with a cul-de-sac apse. The former church had, however, been repaired at the end of the 18th century.

It has 3 naves with 5 bays supported by round columns. At the far end is an altar with a stone altarpiece of columns with lanceolate capitals. The high altar is crowned by a fine triumphal arch and features a Corinthian-columned altarpiece and a painting of Saint Etienne, the church?s patron saint, dating from 1853. There is also a Saint Sebastian and a Saint Barbara. This sculpture bears witness to the influence of Italian art
