Hippodrome de Pontchâteau

The geographical position of the Calvaire racecourse between Vannes and Nantes and on the Rennes Redon St Nazaire axis has made it very attractive. With its proximity to the Madeleine interchange on the RN 165 (exit 13), it is also very accessible for professionals and the public.

The racecourse has completed its facilities: 25 new boxes, 15 stalls, 1 salivarium and hot water showers for the horses - complete melting of the trotting track: sand layout. All these works for the comfort of the professionals.
The president and the committee ensure each year the safety, the reception and the maintenance of the racecourse, as well as the good functioning of the ten meetings per year which take place in two disciplines: the trot and the steeplechase.
Possibility to have lunch at the panoramic restaurant on race days.
