More than 80 lintels have been listed in the commune of Sare. The lintels are stones carved on the facades of houses, churches, oratories, pediments...
One finds mainly inscribed on this stone the date of construction of the building and/or the name of the owner if it is a house, and sometimes various inscriptions.
The lintels describe and define the Etxe, the house.
