The Montaut beach is located at the entrance of the resort of Maubuisson, slightly away from the town centre.
This beautiful sandy beach is bordered by an alley of maritime pines, a pedestrian walkway and a bicycle path. Ideal for real moments of relaxation!
With supervised swimming, children can have fun in complete safety. After a beach session, stroll along the pedestrian walkway, in the shade of the trees to reach the centre of Maubuisson and enjoy an ice cream. It is possible to park in one of the car parks along the road or to come by bike along the cycle tracks
The beach of Montaut is located on the edge of the lake of Carcans Hourtin, the largest natural freshwater lake in France, a fragile space to be respected in all circumstances. Animals are not allowed on the beach during the summer.
