One room is entirely 18th century and features a portrait of Cardinal de Colbert by Etienne Loys and an ivory crucifix in the Jansenist style.
A Revolution-themed room has as its main focal point a model of the Bastille received from Pierre-François Palloy, the contractor who was charged with demolishing the fortress in 1793.
A corridor displays a selection of engravings of the town.
A room named “la cheminée” (the fireplace) displays several objects illustrating Montpellier life.
