On the Sarlaboux family farm (cereals), this beautiful brick and pebble hangar also accommodates 4 other gîtes and a large common room. This studio has a swimming pool, a SPA and a pétanque court in the shade of the trees, shared with the other gîtes.

Just a stone's throw from the Toulouse metropolis and close to many points of tourist interest: 8km from the Toulouse Exhibition Center (MEET), 12km from Toulouse-Blagnac airport and the Aeroscopia museum, 8km from the Bouconne forest (hiking, biking, etc.) and the Seilh golf course) and Seilh golf course, 6km from Château de Merville (boxwood labyrinth), 3km from Aussonne (shops and restaurants), 11km from Grenade and its listed market hall (one of the most beautiful in France!), 21km from the Animaparc leisure and adventure park, 23km from the Lac de l'Isle-Jourdain leisure center (water-skiing and wake-boarding), 25km from Château de Laréole (tours, exhibitions and summer events) and just 1h by car from Montauban and Auch.

The Bohème studio for 2 people (26m²), on one level, is accessible to people with reduced mobility. It features a kitchenette (2 hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and table-top fridge), dining area (1 table and 4 chairs), 2-person 160*200cm bed, and bathroom (walk-in shower, basin and WC). Reversible air conditioning, wifi Internet access. Unenclosed outdoor space, shared barbecue and picnic tables with the 2 other studios.

A kitchen and a large common room are accessible in the same building for preparing and eating meals if you wish; these areas are shared with the 2 other gîtes-studios, located on the second floor. A games/relaxation room on the mezzanine above the large room is also accessible to all 3 gîtes (small pool table).
The common room can be used for small seminars of up to 50 people or family gatherings. Parking at the entrance to the property.
