RESTAURANT LES VIGNES

Since 1980, Les Vignes restaurant has been located in the heart of the Écusson district in Montpellier city centre, next to the prefecture. It occupies the ground floor of the Hôtel d'Uston, a listed building.
This bistronomic restaurant with its two rooms adorned with vaulted ceilings dating back to the 13ᵉ century, a shady private courtyard, modern and sober decor, make this bistronomic restaurant, a popular spot for influencers who advocate good food and local heritage.

The restaurant is open every day from Monday to Friday for lunch from 11.45am to 2.30pm and on Thursday evenings from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.

Thierry Germain, originally from Montpellier, is a lover of good local produce and wines. He wanted to share his cuisine with you in this place steeped in history.
His cuisine is inspired, generous and without fuss, 100% home-made. He favours short circuits and seasonal produce. He often likes to say, ‘Why look elsewhere when you can find everything here?
The famous Gault et Millau guide has been referring to him for 14 years.
