The farm is located above the town of La Bresse. The property is situated on a 1.6 hectare plot of land, with a breathtaking view of the Bresse center, the Brabant pass and the Cornimont valley.

The old farmhouse has been transformed into a nice apartment which includes on the ground floor a large living room with open kitchen and large dining table and a sitting area. On the same floor there are two large bedrooms (4 persons each) with private bathroom (one with toilet). Two toilets in the corridor.

On the ground floor there are four bedrooms (for two persons), two of them with bathroom. A common bathroom with sauna and two independent toilets.
In the entrance hall there is a table soccer. There is also a second living room with TV. Wifi is available in the whole house.
