In the family for 6 generations we have taken over this house and have completely renovated it during a year of intense work completed in December 2019
Ideally located between Reims (20 min) and Epernay (8min) you will be in an exceptional setting. The house is in a family property and a park of 6 hectares. Hidden in the woods, near Ay Champagne, the Château de la Malmaison has belonged to the same family for over 200 years. Xavier De Chamisso and his wife Perrine have renovated this old building to make gîtes.
In the main building, they offer a gite that can accommodate up to 7 people. Then at the back of the house, there are two pavilions with a capacity of 2 to 4 persons. Each of them has a wooden frame. They are decorated with paintings of Xavier's great-grandmother "l'atelier de Mitsy" and of his wife "l'atelier de Perrine".
