GÎTE LA ROSERAIE

Near Marciac, famous for its Jazz festival, come and relax in the small village of Ladevèze Ville, in the heart of the Gers countryside.

The gîte "La Roseraie" is an apartment located on the ground floor of a traditional house on the Adour, renovated with taste. It consists of 3 gîtes-apartments (La Roseraie, Les Chênes and Les Peupliers).

Combining the charm of the old and the modern, you will find on the 100 m2 of La Roseraie a living room with independent kitchen, 3 independent bedrooms (bed 140cm / bed 140 cm / bed 90 cm and 90 cm), a shower room and an independent WC.

The outside, with the courtyard and the shaded garden, is welcoming. The garden furniture, the barbecue and the ping-pong table are other assets for more pleasure.
