55m² gîte for 4 people, in Monflanquin (south of Périgord), with a 500 m² private, fully enclosed garden, classified ‘Meublé de Tourisme 3 Etoiles’.
Tenants have exclusive access to a large swimming pool (12 x 6 m).
Optional access to the relaxation area: spa with 50 hydro-massage jets, sauna and solarium area. This area is adjacent to the gîte, with direct access from the garden.

The gîte is set in 5 hectares of wooded parkland and surrounded by 2 rivers. You can fish in the reach or the river, as they both run through the property.
The gîte is completely independent and enclosed, with its own private garden and gate leading to the access road. You can park your car just opposite the entrance to the gîte. Pets are welcome.
Shops are 3 km away, just as you enter Monflanquin and in the village.
