Gite in golden stones of the Périgord located in a very quiet and rural area, 3 minutes walk from the medieval center of Sarlat and its shops.

The house, with an area of 106m ² has been completely renovated; it is very comfortable and warm as it is equipped as a main residence

A living room of 50m ² with its fitted kitchen open to the living room.
Three bedrooms upstairs: 14m², 13m² & 10m²

Outside, you can enjoy an enclosed garden with games for children (swing, trampoline), a terrace (barbecue) and a parking space.
In May, June and September, you can enjoy a new 11m x 4m swimming pool equipped with a high-performance security system (electric shutter) and a teak beach.
