If you like hiking, walking or mountain biking, you will enjoy taking the Adour trail and the loops of the rando-guide n°4. The Tourist Office in Montfort has these circuits, ask for them. If you prefer heritage, you can visit the Museum of Chalosse in Montfort, Mugron and its heritage trail, the abbey of Maylis, etc.
