FENÊTRE SUR SUPERBAGNÈRES

La Fenêtre sur Superbagnères" is a gîte for 4 people on the second floor of the owners' house. The gîte has its own entrance and a private terrace on the ground floor (fully enclosed exterior), full of flowers and pleasant to eat outside on sunny days. There's also a small room for storing skis. Free parking is available along the avenue.

The gîte is located in a residential area, close to shops (Intermarché de Moustajon 750m, Lidl 850m). The center of Luchon (allées d'Etigny) is less than 2km away, with its restaurants, cinema, entertainment and cable cars to the Superbagnères ski resort.
Lac de Badech is just 1.5km away (picnicking, walking, cycling, fishing and swimming in summer). Here you can take advantage of the thermal baths and all the sporting and cultural activities offered by the Pyrenean resort (promotional rate for cures = -12%).
You can also take advantage of your stay to visit the surrounding area: Pyrénés-Hô leisure and adventure park 16km away, Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges 32km away (France's favorite village), Spain 28km away.

An outside staircase leads to the attic apartment. The door opens onto the living room, separated from the kitchen by a bar. A corridor leads to 2 bedrooms, one with a 2-person 140cm bed, the other with 2 single 90cm beds. The bathroom/WC is on the kitchen side. Electric heating. Wifi Internet connection. Baby equipment on request (cot and high chair).
The gîte is close to a busy road during the day only.
