Fabien is an inventive and passionate chef. After years of service at some of the finest restaurants in Limoges and beyond, Fabien decided to open his own restaurant. In homage to his grandmother, who used to cook him delicious meals, he decided to call his establishment Ginette.
The positioning is a skilful blend of past and future, classic and avant-garde cuisine, the ambition to revisit the great classics of French cuisine. Ginette can be combined with all tenses to offer workshops and original formulas, such as "Ginette aux Halles", where customers can go shopping with the chef and then cook together before enjoying the fruits of their labors.
