Situated in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers region, between vineyards and countryside, in a calm and pleasant environment, about two kilometers from the Roger Lapébie cycle path, this fully restored Girondine house welcomes you for stays with family or friends. The gîte features a large, unfenced plot, a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a soccer pitch, a portico and a covered carport. Inside, an entrance hall opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen and dining/living area (sofa bed). A laundry room, with washing machine and separate toilet, communicates with the kitchen. Upstairs, the landing leads to two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a bathroom with toilet. Electric heating. Owner on site.
