For forty-three years and until his death in 1926, Giverny was the place of residence and creation of Claude Monet. The Claude Monet Foundation opens the doors of this bucolic site, where the memory of the artist still hovers. The visitor discovers the fabulous gardens, including the famous Clos Normand and Jardin d'Eau, the vast studio of the Nymphéas - today transformed into a boutique-library - and the charming pink house with green shutters, which abounds in treasures, such as the extraordinary collection of Japanese prints.
