Located close to the medieval city of Carcassonne, this domain, in the heart of the vineyards, offers you an ideal situation to enjoy all the attractions of the surroundings while being in the middle of nature, in a quiet environment. Paratge is next to 2 other gites for 2 persons which have been fitted out in an old farmhouse. Each gite has its own entrance and terrace (not fenced) and opens onto a large garden. The owners live on site. The domain offers beautiful views of the Pyrenees and the surroundings are perfect for hiking, mountain biking... The lake of Cavayère is less than 20 minutes away by bike, swimming is supervised in high season and many activities are possible with family or friends (water sports base with pedal boats, paddle boat rental, water ski lift, accrobranche...)the gite, on one level, has : A living room with a sleeping area equipped with a bed in 160 cm, independent kitchen with complete equipment, shower room with a toilet, large closet. Common laundry with the other gites arranged in an outdoor room (washing machine 5? per wash and a common dryer).  Parking on site.
