Le Grand Ventron is the highest point in Ventron, at 1204 m altitude. There is an orientation table on site, where you can discover the diversity of the Vosges peaks and its famous Route des Crêtes. On a clear, cold day, the Swiss Alps can be seen emerging from a sea of mist. 500 metres further south lies Petit Ventron, at an altitude of 1,155 metres. These stubble fields are at the heart of a Nature Reserve: the Massif du Grand Ventron!
