Le Grand Ventron, het hoogste punt van Ventron op 1.204 meter, biedt een uitzonderlijk panorama over de Vogezen. Op het terrein staat een oriëntatietafel waarmee bezoekers de belangrijkste bergtoppen en de beroemde Route des Crêtes kunnen identificeren. Op een koude, heldere dag kun je zelfs de Zwitserse Alpen zien, die boven een zee van mist uitsteken om een zeldzaam en adembenemend schouwspel te creëren. Op slechts 500 meter naar het zuiden ligt Petit Ventron, die 1.155 meter hoog is. Deze twee majestueuze pieken liggen in het hart van het natuurreservaat Massif du Grand Ventron, een beschermd gebied met een opmerkelijke flora en fauna. Een must voor natuurliefhebbers en bergwandelaars.
