In the heart of the regional natural park of Camargue, midway between Arles and Saintes Marie de la Mer, Martine and Alain will be pleased to welcome you on their exploitation (rice, vegetables, fruit), where they have built 4 gites: dividing by two 13G346 the Mireille and this one, 13 G262 L'olivier and 13G386 the Camarguais (on the back of the mas). Each has an outdoor independent and private yard.
You will be charmed by this cottage restored with taste and quality materials. Unenclosed yard of 250 sq.m with 2 terraces (Westly 30 m² - Southly 16 m²), garden furniture, BBQ.
For the lovers of fishing, the Petit Rhône is at 300 m with possibility of boat launch.
Ground floor: living room (flat screen TV, Hi-fi, DVD), wood stove (fireplace - 1st outbreak free - €50 the stere), kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher, storage. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, wc.
On 1st floor: 1 nice room with double bed (160 x 200) and dressing room. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom. Separate toilets. On the 2nd floor (mobile unit): nice room, with wooden beams and stone walls, double bed (160 x 200) and one additional single bed. An unclosed room with 2 single beds 1 person. Beautiful bathroom, with Italian shower and toilet.
Central heating included. Baby furniture on request. WiFi (slow connection). Household on request (€80). Rental of sheets and linens. Parking in front of the cottage. City tax in supplement. Mosquito nets to all windows.
