Comprising a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen leading onto the lounge (sofa bed) and dining area, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a large bathroom with shower and an outdoor terrace and garden area, it can accommodate up to 4 people.

The kitchen has been completely refurbished and equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, television, WIFI, fibre optics, etc.

There are plenty of tourist activities on offer:
- Saint Jacques de Compostelle (itinerary in front of the accommodation).
- Pesmes (25 minutes, one of France's 100 most beautiful villages).
- Champlitte (20 minutes away, with its castle and the Via Francigena).

- The Guillaume vineyard at Charcenne.
- Valley of the Vingeanne, valley of the Saône, valley of the Ognon, ideal for mountain biking, hiking, fishing...
