The gîte d'étape is an old gatehouse rehabilitated in 1988. Since that date, this establishment is used as a stopover gite for the reception of hikers (pedestrians, cyclists and others) and also pilgrims who go to Santiago de Compostela, the city of Melle being located on one of the routes.
Composed of three rooms: a room with 4 single beds, a room with a double bed, and a room on the ground floor with 2 single beds.
A dining room and two bathrooms, the gîte d'étape "LA Maisonnette" can accommodate a maximum of eight people in a pleasant setting located on the route of the Chemin de la Découverte de Melle near the St-Hilaire church
Open all year round.
