Located in Brannens, a small village nestled in the South Gironde countryside, our gite welcomes you for your stay with family or friends.
Built in what used to be the village school, this gîte, restored in 2022, will offer you all the necessary comfort for your stay.
It consists of a large entrance, a beautiful living room with kitchen, dining room and lounge, three bedrooms (two beds 160x200 and two beds 90x190), one of which has a small private bathroom, a bathroom with independent access and a toilet with hand wash also independent.
The gite is equipped with a reversible air conditioning. To relax and enjoy the outside, you will have a large enclosed garden with terrace, green spaces, garden furniture and barbecue.
