The villa of 150m² is located in Lacanau Océan in a private hamlet on the edge of the Ardilouse golf course.
The villa on two levels is set in a wooded garden of 800 m², enclosed by a hedge.
It has a jacuzzi integrated into large wooden terraces.
The living room and dining room open through large bay windows onto a large terrace shaded by thirty-year-old oaks which give the house comfort and calm.
The teak garden furniture, deckchairs, table tennis table and a bicycle are at the disposal of the guests.
Parties and events are not allowed.
A deposit of 1000 € is to be given at the beginning of the stay and will be returned on departure after the inventory of fixtures.
We like : the summer kitchen on the garden level open on the garden fully equipped (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, barbecue...)
