The seaside resort of Gruissan is located near Narbonne, between the Massif de la Clape and the Mediterranean Sea. This house is located in the immediate vicinity of shops, the port of Gruissan and the beaches.
This well-appointed, single-storey, semi-detached house is located close to the beach, and offers a lovely shaded terrace equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha for summer grilling.
It is air-conditioned for your comfort. Private, secure parking is also available.
It comprises: fully-equipped kitchenette, living room with dining area and Clic-Clac sofa bed, two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm), the other with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), shower room with WC.
Facilities include television, microwave, washing machine, freezer, dishwasher and cot.
