This well-appointed, single-storey, semi-detached house is located close to the beach, and offers a lovely shaded terrace equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha for summer grilling.

It comprises: fully-equipped kitchenette, living room with dining area and Clic-Clac sofa bed, two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm), the other with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), shower room with WC.
