Between Bordeaux and Toulouse, on the outskirts of Agen, in a bucolic setting with uninterrupted views. Fruit trees and pines make up the vast 1 ha grounds. The 2-storey house comprises on the ground floor: an equipped kitchen, a large air-conditioned living-dining room with fireplace (wood at extra cost) and 2 bedrooms (1x160 and 2x90), a bathroom from the 80s, and a separate toilet. From the living room you have access to the large south-east-facing terrace and a covered terrace. First floor: landing with library area, 2 bedrooms (1x140 and 2x90), shower room with shower and sanitary WC. Large terrace with uninterrupted view.
Christine, the owner, is an artisan basket-maker and offers basket-making courses, as well as a visit to her boutique workshop in Castelculier to discover her creations. You'll find some of her creations in the gîte.
