Located in the Vic-Bilh region, close to the Madiran and Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh vineyards, the Lou Manéchal restaurant is in the heart of the Béarn countryside. The view over the hills and the Pyrenees is magnificent.
Jacques offers traditional cuisine using fresh, seasonal local produce: garbure béarnaise, homemade foie gras, veal sweetbreads, and tournedos of duck breast rossini with porcini mushrooms... The restaurant combines modern touches with old-world charm, with exposed beams and stonework. It hosts group and family meals in the restaurant's own dining room, as well as in another beautifully renovated reception room. A shaded outdoor terrace overlooks a pretty fountain.
