I offer quiet, spacious and comfortable tourist accommodation.
You will be staying in a large 80 m² living space on the 1st floor of a house intimately linked to the history of Verdun, a city of garrisons. This former military building was constructed in 1887 in the "Bevaux district", where the 2nd regiment of the famous Hussards, renowned cavalrymen, were stationed.

The house is detached, with ample parking.
A 3.7 kWh socket is available for electric vehicles (please note that we do not have a cable).
The house faces a 1-hectare park that we are gradually developing.
The outdoor environment is very quiet
Our swimming pool and solarium are available to guests for periods of 2 hours at a charge, for 1 to 4 people.

The proposed space is not shared, it is dedicated to you away from daily family life on the 1st floor of the house served by a wide secondary staircase.
It comprises :
- a 30 m² bedroom with 4 single beds (90cm) that can be twinned into 180cm beds. Bedding is 2021. Linen is provided
- an adjoining bathroom with bathtub, open onto the bedroom

- a 40 m² relaxation area with library, TV corner (sofa-pouf, large full HD screen connected to Chromecast / Netflix / Disney+), numerous books and comics accessible to all, and a 1/4 grand piano. And for budding pianists, don't worry: the acoustics of the house allow for discreet musical digressions. This room is reserved for you, but will be shared for a few moments a day to help our children work on their music during the week, and sometimes for 2 hours on Saturdays with their teacher

- a large landing leading to the bedroom and library, with a discreet dining area for relaxed breakfasts in your pyjamas
- and finally, a separate private toilet accessed from the same landing.
