Welcome to our holiday cottage located in the heart of Chaource, a picturesque village in the Aube region with all amenities (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.), ideal for a getaway with family or friends. Just 30 minutes from Troyes, at the gateway to the vineyards and the Tonnerre wine region, this town house, accommodating up to 6 people, combines comfort and simplicity. The bright and spacious rooms are conveniently furnished to meet all your needs. Whether you're looking for nature, history, or relaxation, Chaource and its surroundings offer a wealth of possibilities. Don't wait any longer to discover this cottage, perfect for a relaxing stay. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with a lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). Upstairs, you'll find a twin bedroom (two 90x200cm beds), a double bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, and another double bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a television, as well as a bathroom (shower and bathtub) and a separate toilet. Outside, a small enclosed courtyard with a covered terrace provides a place to eat or relax. Free street parking is available. Electric vehicle charging is not available at the cottage (charging station 50 meters away). Heating and electricity are included within reasonable consumption limits (meter reading). Firewood is provided for the welcome fire. Beds are made, and towels and linens are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is included. A negotiated monthly rate may be available. A seventh bed can be added upon request.
