Located in the heart of the spa district of Bourbon-Lancy, in the Saône-et-Loire region, Source Poétique is a bright, calm and leafy independent gîte complex. A haven of peace, just 2 minutes from the spa, in the heart of the spa district! Enjoy a peaceful environment with bucolic charm, good meals and barbecues in the shade of the trees. Accommodation that's ideal for relaxation, combining comfort, independence and tranquillity. An invitation to relax on a deckchair, sip a good glass of wine and read a fascinating book.

The Gîte des Oiseaux is the largest accommodation on the estate, measuring 64 m². All the accommodation is self-contained, with separate entrances. This flat overlooks the others, enjoying a magnificent view of the spa district from its balcony (brochure).

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE GITE :

OUTSIDE :

Private parking, large terrace with garden table, barbecue and deckchairs, as well as a small garden. The property is fenced and secure, offering a calm and serene setting in the heart of the spa district of Bourbon-Lancy.

INTERIOR :
The entrance hall, equipped with a storage cupboard, leads directly to the different areas of the gîte: the kitchen, bathroom, separate WC, south-west bedroom and large living room.
From the living room, you can access the balcony and the second bedroom.

KITCHEN :
- Fully equipped, functional and practical for short or medium-term stays, including:
- Dishwasher
- Washing machine
- Equipment required for an independent stay
