The gîte "L'Auvent" is situated in an outbuilding of main house where the owners live. It has two private terraces offering a view of the surrounding countryside. Very near you will find Monflanquin and many other bastides, but you can also choose to rest in the shared swimming pool or on your own terrace.
Surface: 100 m². 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed, 4 bunk beds, 2 single beds. Sheets provided. 2 shower room, 2 WC. Kitchen/living room : microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, sofa, TV, DVD player, Internet access. Electric heating. Fuel stove. Covered terraces of 14 and 30 m², garden furniture, barbecue. Large grounds of 6,000 m². Parking space. Enclosed swimming pool of 10x5m shared with your hosts and the renters of another gîte. Ping pong table at your disposal.
