The discerning traveller, in search of beauty and authenticity, will not be disappointed by the Hostellerie du Couvent in Vaylats. A faithful record of its time, this convent was founded in the early 19th C., when the Abbé Jean Liausu founded the Congregation of the Daughters of Jesus. Nearly two centuries later, all the charm of its architecture has been preserved. With its towers, restored cloister and beautiful local white stone from Quercy, this convent remains one of the architectural gems of the south of the Lot. Since 2017, its management has been in the hands of the SASU Hostellerie du Couvent. Available to you : 15 fully-equipped bedrooms are housed in the north wing of the building. The Hostellerie has all the modern comforts needed for an pleasant stay.
