Gîte du Petit Guilhem

A fully renovated 500 m² manor house. The original construction dates back to the 19th century. The style and external architecture have been intentionally preserved.
The interior design has been fully redone with the aim of showing it off to its best advantage and bringing it to life, with a private area for the owners and a guest area with a total of 140 m².
Each party has a completely separate entrance, to preserve the peace and quiet and the privacy of all.
The building is set on a 1.2 hectare property with a pond, a fenced landscaped park spanning 8,500 m² and extending into an unfenced 3,200 m² terrain that is perfect for walks. An enclosed 12 x 5 m pool is heated from April to October, rounding out the amenities of this “little slice of heaven”.
The aim is to take full advantage of the peace and quiet, nature, and the joys of swimming.
