Numerous walks are accessible from the house, as is the nearby river. Several hikes are possible from Villefranche-de-Panat, including the tour of the lake (10 km)

This renovated stone house dates back to 1855. It faces south and opens onto a small 100m2 garden.

All local shops (supermarket, newsagent, tobacconist, pharmacy, bank, bars and restaurants) are located in Villefranche-de-Panat, 6 km away, or Salles-Curan, 11 km away.

N.B : There is no Wifi but the house has a very good 4G/5G connection for all communications and internet access via your smartphone.
