Bretagne Bateau Bois was launched in early 2019 by two brothers with a passion for building with wood as their main material.
Inspired by the history of 19th-century Breton penettes, and faithful to local customs, we used plans taken from the book "La batellerie bretonne" by Jacques Guillet, Jean-Pierre Cébron and Emile Guyomard to design one of our own.
