In a park of 5000 m² with trees in the centre of Marciac, a gite of 120 m², entirely renovated, in the heart of a complex including a Spa with heated indoor pool, sauna and activity rooms.
The gite can accommodate up to 10 people on request.

On the ground floor you will find a large living room with open kitchen, dining area opening onto the terrace with barbecue facing the park, a lounge area, a bedroom of 20 m² with bed 160x200 and private bathroom and toilet.
A laundry room with washing machine and dryer and an independent toilet.

On the first floor, a television lounge opens with 6 m of bay windows onto the park with a sofa bed and 2 convertible armchairs offering 4 additional comfortable beds, 1 air-conditioned bedroom with bed 160*200 and shower room, 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 2 beds 90*200, 1 bathroom with independent bathtub and an independent WC.
Private parking for several cars.
