Gîte de la Fontaine à La Vancelle (6 personnes)

The Gite de la Fontaine offers a detached house with garden on the heights of the Val d?Argent in central Alsace, between Colmar and Sélestat, shortly after the Maurice Lemaire tunnel (Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines tunnel).

Located in La Vancelle, a peaceful south-facing village surrounded by mountains, it faces Haut Koenigsbourg and the Taennchel massif. Close to the Wine Route, the gite is within easy reach of a wide range of historical, gastronomic and leisure activities.
Numerous signposted hiking and mountain-biking trails (IGN map supplied); signposted cycling trails 1 km away.
In the village, you'll find two restaurants, a children's playground and a ball field: the nearest shops are 3 km away.

The gite comprises a large living-dining room opening onto the terrace and garden (with garden furniture and barbecue, swing), 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (large shower + children's bath), 2nd bathroom (shower) available from April 2024, 2 separate WCs, 1 separate kitchen, 1 laundry area and 1 large play area (ping pong, etc.). Windows are fitted with roller shutters; sun protection by projection possible. Indoor bike rack available.

Babies welcome (cot, changing mat, high chair). Children and adults will find games and books, TV, blue ray DVD player, microchaine hifi (CD player, bluetooth, USB port, internet radio, DAB+ FM, spotify connect).

The house can be rented by the week or by the night (with a minimum of 3 nights). Wifi free of charge. Non-smoking premises.

Pets not allowed.

Comforters, pillows, sheets included; beds made.

Towels available at extra cost (5?/person).

Reservations for a minimum of 3 nights.

Obligatory final cleaning fee: 100 ?

Overnight stays from 113? to 140? depending on period.
