Corn, patatas, or salad to complete the whole, with our famous Hey Poulette Secrète (chicken) sauce to kick up your taste buds.
Accompanied by homemade iced tea, homemade snacks, organic beverages, local beers, a wine selection cellarist... In short, the love of good eating with no inhibitions.
The hens are raised outdoors, to maturity, in the Landes; that's fundamental to our ideology and even inflation won't be able to change it!
