Maïs, patat of salade om het geheel af te ronden met DE geheime heksensaus om uw smaakpapillen wakker te schudden.
Vergezeld van zelfgemaakte ijsthee, zelfgemaakte hapjes, biologische drankjes, lokale biertjes, een wijntje van een geselecteerde wijnhandelaar, kortom de liefde voor lekker eten.
De kip wordt in de open lucht grootgebracht, op volwassen leeftijd, in de Landes, dat is onze basisideologie en daar kan zelfs de inflatie niets aan veranderen!
