LARBRENVILLE is located 2h20 south of Paris, 8mn walk from the SNCF train station (Paris/Clermont-Ferrand line), 6mn walk from the Loire river, a few steps from the historic district, near the Bertranges forest.
Completely renovated in 2022, with comfort and taste, LARBRENVILLE is a small 19th century building, located in the heart of La Charité sur Loire, close to all the amenities and attractions of the town. Four independent flats, all dedicated to Les ARBRES, can accommodate from 1 to 5 people and can be rented as a group gîte (13 people) on request. Particular care has been taken with the decoration and furniture, including the crockery, which were found in the surrounding second-hand shops. Numerous artistic creations adorn the walls, including those of Nathalie, the owner.
On the 2nd floor, the CHARME studio lives up to its name. Everything is provided for relaxation and the discovery of our beautiful city. Quiet and bright, located on the 2nd floor, with a surface area of 25m2, it offers an exceptional view of the ramparts and the Church of Notre-Dame. The studio has a large, quality double bed, a cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen area, a bathroom/toilet with an Italian shower and an electric towel warmer. Wifi wired for better connection. Individual heating and air conditioning by heat pump. High performance insulation. Bed linen, towels, tea towels, household and toiletries provided. Laundry room with washing machine and ironing equipment available on the ground floor. The building does not have a lift. Shops, services, parking nearby. Cyclists welcome in the Loire à Vélo.
